KUALA LUMPUR, March 9 (Reuters) - Malaysian logistics firm MISC Berhad said it has activated an emergency response centre across key offices in the Middle East to closely monitor the evolving situation there, though there was no indication of any immediate threat to its crew or assets.

The war risk premium has increased for vessel anchorage within or on transit to the Persian Gulf region, though only for ships trading in the area, it said in an emailed statement to Reuters.
