The board of directors of Manappuram Finance Limited meeting held on January 29, 2026, approved declaration of interim dividend of INR 0.50 (25%) per equity share of the face value of INR 2 each. The interim dividend on equity shares declared by the Board of the Directors of the company, will be paid/dispatched to those Shareholders or their mandates: Whose names appear as Beneficial Owners as at the end of the business hours on February 6, 2026, in the list of Beneficial Owners to be furnished by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) in respect of the Equity Shares held in electronic form; and Whose names appear as Members in the Register of Members of the Company as at the end of the business hours on February 6, 2026, after giving effect to valid request(s) received for transmission/transposition of Equity Shares and lodged with the Company/its Registrar & Share Transfer Agents on or before February 6, 2026. The record date for receipt of Interim Dividend shall be February 6, 2026.
