Mastercard unveiled an executive realignment that includes the appointment of a new chief financial officer.

Mastercard on Tuesday said Ling Hai, currently president of Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa, will succeed Sachin Mehra as finance chief of the Purchase, N.Y., payment company.

Mehra, who has been chief financial officer since April 2019, is taking on the newly created role of chief business officer, responsible for country operations across the globe, the company said.

Mastercard also said Linda Kirkpatrick, currently president of the Americas, will become chief services officer, succeeding Craig Vosburg, who has held the post since May 2024 and will become vice chair, serving as a global ambassador for the company.

Dimi Dosis, president of Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, will succeed Raj Seshadri as chief commercial payments officer, leading commercial and new payment flows, Mastercard said.

Seshadri, who has been chief commercial payments officer since May 2024, will become a senior strategic adviser to Chief Executive Michael Miebach, the company said.

Shares were down 2.6% to $482.41.
