Mesiniaga Berhad accepted a Purchase Order from Maybank Shared Services Sdn. Bhd. for the Subscription of Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure (NCI), Ultimate Software License & Mission Critical Software Support Service for 1 CPU Core + NCM Starter & Mission Critical SSS.
The value of the Contract is MYR 51,641,649.82 (Ringgit Malaysia: Fifty One Million Six Hundred Forty One Thousand Six Hundred Forty Nine and Eighty Two Sen) inclusive of the Sales and Service Tax (SST). The Contract is for 60 months and is set to be completed by April 30, 2031. There is no automatic renewal clause in the Contract.
The risks relate mainly to meeting the service level commitments and deadlines imposed by the Customer. The Company has taken the necessary steps to mitigate the risks. None of the directors, substantial shareholders or any person connected to the directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, either directly or indirectly, in the said Contract.
The Board of Directors of the Company is of the opinion that the said Contract is in the ordinary course of business and is in the best interest of the Company. The Contract will not affect the share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholdings of the Company. It is expected to contribute positively to the Group's earnings and net assets for the financial year ending December 31, 2026 onwards until the completion of the Contract.
