Metaplanet Inc. (TSE:3350) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 150,000,000 shares, representing 13.13% for ¥ 75,000 million. The purpose of the program is to enables flexible borrowing against Bitcoin for acquisitions, business operations, or share buybacks, serving as bridge capital for our upcoming preferred stock issuance.
The program will expire on October 28, 2026. As of October 28, 2025, the company had 1,142,248,401 issued shares (excluding treasury stock) and had 25,939 shares in treasury.
