(Alliance News) - The Mib is giving up ground around the 46,700 mark on Tuesday at mid-session, after reaching a historic high in the previous session, as investors continue to assess a fresh wave of increasingly numerous corporate results filling trading desk calendars.

Thus, the FTSE Mib is down 0.1% at 46,765.54, the Mid-Cap is up 0.2% at 61,044.44, the Small-Cap rises 0.5% to 36,984.64, while the Italy Growth index advances 0.4% to 8,747.13.

London's FTSE 100 is down 0.3%, Paris's CAC 40 gains 0.3%, while Frankfurt's DAX 40 is trading above parity.

Back in Milan, Stellantis is up 6.4% at EUR6.53 per share, attempting a rebound after Friday's disastrous session. Notably, KGH on Monday set its short position at 0.50%.

Brunello Cucinelli is also strong, climbing 2.2% to EUR84.14 per share after two consecutive bearish sessions.

Selling hits Banca Monte dei Paschi, which is down 1.8% at EUR8.94 per share after announcing Tuesday that it closed 2025 with a net profit of EUR2.75 billion, up from EUR1.95 billion the previous year. The board approved the distribution of dividends totaling over EUR2.6 billion, equal to EUR0.86 per share, corresponding to a dividend yield of 10% calculated on the February 6 stock price.

Unipol is down 1.7% after two bullish sessions, with its price around EUR19.71 per share.

On the Mid-Cap segment, Ariston Holding is up 5.5% at EUR5.45 per share, heading for its fifth consecutive bullish session. During trading, the stock hit a new 52-week high at EUR5.47 per share.

Salvatore Ferragamo is up 3.1% at EUR6.99, marking its fifth consecutive bullish candle.

Moltiply Group is down 2.2%, correcting after three positive sessions.

CIR's buyback program continues, with shares up 0.3%. On Monday, the company reported purchasing, between February 2 and 6, 310,000 ordinary shares for a total value of EUR215,000.

In the Small-Cap segment, Tesmec is strong, pushing its price up 5.2%, heading for a five-session winning streak if confirmed at close.

Landi Renzo is up 3.6%, following a more modest 0.3% gain the previous day.

Banca Profilo – up 1.7% – reported Tuesday that it closed fiscal 2025 with a consolidated net profit of EUR10.0 million, up 7.7% from EUR9.3 million in 2024. In the fourth quarter alone, net profit stood at EUR600,000.

Fidia, on the other hand, is down 3.2% after a 2.6% gain in the previous session.

Among SMEs, Deodato.Gallery is up 5.2%, rebounding after three bearish sessions.

Directa SIM is advancing 3.7% to EUR5.62, following a 2.3% gain the previous day.

Farmacosmo is down 5.5% to EUR0.54 per share, marking its fifth consecutive bearish session.

Emma Villas is down 3.8% after a 4.0% gain the previous day.

EdiliziAcrobatica – down 0.4% – reported Tuesday that it closed 2025 with revenue of EUR166.7 million, up from EUR152.5 million the previous year.

Arterra Bioscience is down 4.2% at EUR3.18 after a 2.5% gain the day before. On Tuesday, it announced that it closed 2025 with revenue of about EUR4.6 million, up 11% from EUR4.2 million as of December 31, 2024. Revenue from the Services division rose to EUR686,050 from EUR653,760, while Cosmetic Raw Materials revenue increased to EUR4.0 million from EUR3.5 million.

In New York, the Dow closed yesterday flat at 50,135.87, the Nasdaq rose 0.9% to 23,238.67, and the S&P 500 gained 0.5% to 6,964.82.

On the currency front, the euro is trading at USD1.1908 from USD1.1901 at Monday's European equity close, while the pound is trading at USD1.3669 from USD1.3668.

Among commodities, Brent crude is trading at USD69.01 per barrel from USD69.06 per barrel Monday evening, while gold is valued at USD5,041.59 per ounce from USD5,079.80 per ounce.

Tuesday's calendar from the US features retail sales at 1330CET, while at 2130CET the weekly oil inventory report is due.
