Tyler Technologies, Inc. and the Midland County Central Dispatch Authority in Michigan have completed the implementation of Tyler's Enterprise Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Enterprise Mobile and Mobility solutions. MCCDA initiated the CAD replacement process after its previous vendor announced an end of support. The agency selected Tyler to support continuity of operations and to replace its previous CAD system following that announcement.
The implementation was completed over a nine-month period. The Tyler solutions are cloud-hosted and support system availability and continuity for daily dispatch operations. Tyler's Enterprise Mobile solution supports access to operational information for field personnel and dispatch staff during daily public safety operations.
