The newly created role elevates medical leadership into the Group Executive Leadership Team, reflecting Monash IVF?s strategic commitment to medical workforce management, clinical excellence, patient experience, growth and innovation. Dr Cattrall is a leading fertility specialist and will continue her clinical practice at Monash IVF Victoria alongside her executive leadership role.

Dr Cattrall brings more than 20 years of experience in reproductive medicine and is widely recognised as one of Australia?s leading fertility specialists. She holds MBBS, FRANZCOG and CREI qualifications and has extensive executive leadership experience, most recently serving as Medical Director for Victoria at Virtus Health. Across her career, Dr Cattrall has led major initiatives spanning clinical governance, AI and digital transformation, patient experience and operational improvement.
