MONY GROUP PLC ("THE COMPANY")
PDMR DEALING NOTIFICATION
On 11 May 2026, conditional awards over ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares") for no consideration were made under the 2026 MONY Group PLC Hybrid Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") to persons discharging managerial responsibilities as detailed below.
