MSL Global Limited announced that Mrs. Sausan Bukhari, Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, has tendered her resignation from the services of the Company as she wishes to step away from the day-to-day operational responsibilities of the CFO role and to concentrate on the company's broader strategic direction, governance, and long-term planning as a board member. The resignation is effective December 9, 2025. The company appointed Mr. Vishwanatha Srinivas as Key Managerial Personnel of the company by the Board of Directors effective December 9, 2025.
Mr. Vishwanatha Srinivas is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience in the field of Finance, Accounts, Budgeting, Taxation, Insurance, Secretarial & Legal. He has demonstrated leadership in managing the said domains, contributing to the company's growth and operational efficiency. He has worked in past for Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection Ltd, UPL Limited, SRF Limited, Samtel Color Ltd. etc.
