Vallourec announced on Friday evening the appointment of Nathalie Delbreuve as Chief Financial Officer. She joins the Executive Committee and will take up her position on December 1, succeeding Sascha Bibert, who will leave the group in December to pursue a new opportunity.

"With Nathalie joining the team, we remain focused on improving profitability and return on invested capital, while continuing our journey towards operational excellence," said Philippe Guillemot, CEO of the tube manufacturer.

Nathalie Delbreuve was previously CFO of Verallia, the European leader and third-largest global producer of glass packaging for beverages and food products. Since 2022, she has also been chair of the audit committee at Beijer Ref.
