On March 19, 2026, National Legal and Policy Center announced that it has submitted a shareholder proposal to Dominion Energy, Inc., requesting the Company to adopt as policy, and amend the governing documents as necessary, to require hereafter that that 2 separate people hold the office of Chairman of the Board and the office of the Chief Executive Officer, in connection with the annual meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on May 5, 2026.
