NBCC (India) Limited has announced that Shri Saleem Ahmad, Director (Projects), ceases to hold the Directorship in NBCC (India) Limited due to his appointment to the post of Chairman & Managing Director, Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd. (RVNL). Shri Saleem Ahmad has been relieved from the office of Director (Projects), NBCC (India) Limited, effective December 23, 2025. Reference ACC letter No.23/36/2025-EO(ACC) dated December 22, 2025 and Ministry of Railway's letter No.2024/E(O)/40/12 dated December 23, 2025 regarding appointment to the post of CMD/RVNL.

Consequent upon his selection in Rail Vikas Nigam Limited as Chairman and Managing Director, Shri Saleem Ahmad, Director (Projects), NBCC (India) Limited has relinquished charge of the post of Director (Projects), NBCC (India) Limited on December 23, 2025. Accordingly, Shri Saleem Ahmad is hereby relieved from the services of the Company on December 23, 2025.
