Nestlé India Limited recommends final dividend of INR 5 per share for the financial year 2025-26 on the entire issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company of 1,928,314,320 equity shares of face value of INR 1 each. Fixed 10th July 2026 as Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the members to the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26, if approved by the members at the ensuing 67th AGM, which shall be paid on and from 30th July 2026. Enclosed is the intimation of the Record Date.
