The partnership is built upon three core pillars: data control in compliance with European regulations, technological independence to mitigate risks associated with foreign vendors, and operational security to ensure the resilience of critical systems.
Under the terms of the agreement, OVHcloud's sovereign infrastructure will be integrated into Netic's service portfolio, merging open cloud technology with local expertise.
Netic is implementing an internal program to streamline the adoption of the OVHcloud platform, spanning both public and private cloud environments.
The offering will encompass strategic digital sovereignty consulting, secure data migration services, and 24/7 managed operations within multicloud environments.
The two partners are specifically targeting the healthcare, public safety, and government sectors, with the first customer deployments expected within the year.
"We are witnessing a paradigm shift in the market. Customers are no longer willing to accept vendor lock-in; they demand transparency and technological independence," stated Steen Jensen, CEO of Netic.
"By partnering with OVHcloud, we are offering a genuine European alternative. We combine this infrastructure with our local advisory and operational capabilities, ensuring our clients maintain absolute control over their data without compromising on performance."
