(Alliance News) - NewPrinces Spa announced on Wednesday that between April 27 and May 31, it repurchased 352,558 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of EUR16.37 each, for a total consideration of EUR5.9 million.

To date, the company holds 2.0 million shares, representing 4.6% of its share capital.

NewPrinces shares were up 0.1% at EUR15.04.
