Norconsult ASA (OB:NORCO) agreed to acquire 50% stake in Concrete Structures AS on March 4, 2026. Norconsult is purchasing all the shares from the employees of Concrete Structures, thereby becoming the owner of 50% of the company. Upon completion, Norconsult and Aker Solutions will each own 50% of the shares in the company and be equal partners. Concrete Structures will continue as an independent company and will be organized as a jointly controlled company between Aker Solutions and Norconsult. The ownership structure provides continuity for the company and its specialist community.
The transaction will require approval from the Norwegian Competition Authority.
