The transaction included participation from new investors, Astra Capital Management LLC, Citadel Enterprise Americas LLC, Jane Street Group, LLC, Linden Advisors LP, Lenovo Group Limited, returning investors, Dell Technologies Inc., NVIDIA Corporation, Point72 Private Investments, LLC, and Nokia Oyj.
