The Oda Group improved its earnings by over SEK 1.1 billion in 2025 compared to the previous year. Revenue rose 14 percent to SEK 5.6 billion, while EBITDA turned positive, reaching SEK 112 million.

According to the company, this performance was driven by strong growth in Norway and the completed restructuring of the Swedish online grocer Mathem. Adjusted for one-off effects from the restructuring, EBITDA amounted to SEK -218 million.

In Norway, Oda surpassed NOK 4 billion in revenue for the first time and improved its result by NOK 143 million. In Sweden, Mathem improved its earnings by SEK 625 million after operations were centralized at the automated facility in Larsboda and migrated to Oda's technology platform, according to a press release.

The company also stated that cash flow was positive during the first quarter of 2026.

Investment firm Kinnevik and grocery giant Axfood are among the shareholders in Oda.
