Odyssey Resources Limited announced that it expects to receive CAD 0.1 million in funding from Dundee Corporation

Odyssey Resources Limited announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 987,654 common shares at an issue price of CAD 0.10125 per Common Share for gross proceeds of CAD 99,999.9675 on February 4, 2026. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval. The Common Shares issued under the Private Placement will be subject to a statutory four month and a day hold period in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws.

Dundee Corporation an insider of the Company, will participate in the Private Placement and is expected to acquire all of the Common Shares issued in the Private Placement.
