ONE Gas, Inc. announced that effective March 1, 2026, Curtis L. Dinan, 58, the Company?s senior vice president and chief operating officer, will be promoted to the position of president and chief operating officer and Robert S. McAnnally, 62, the Company?s president and chief executive officer will continue in the role of chief executive officer. Mr. Dinan has served as the Company?s senior vice president and chief operating officer since June 2021. He served as the Company?s senior vice president and chief commercial officer from July 2020 to June 2021, as senior vice president, commercial from February 2019 to July 2020, and as senior vice president and chief financial officer from January 2014 to February 2019.

The Company operates through a single segment, regulated public utilities, which delivers natural gas to residential, commercial and transportation customers. The Company provides natural gas distribution services to approximately 2.3 million customers. The Company has three divisions: Oklahoma Natural Gas, Kansas Gas Service and Texas Gas Service. It primarily serves residential, commercial and transportation customers in all three states. The Company’s natural gas distribution markets in terms of customers are Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Oklahoma; Kansas City, Wichita and Topeka, Kansas; and Austin and El Paso, Texas. It distributes natural gas to approximately 89%, 71% and 13% of the natural gas distribution customers in Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas, respectively.
