The filing includes F.E.R.C Tariff No. 9.38.0, which cancels F.E.R.C Tariff No.

9.37.0 (Docket No. IS26-54-000); F.E.R.C Tariff No. 10.42.0, which cancels F.E.R.C Tariff No.

10.41.0 (Docket No. IS26-54-000); F.E.R.C Tariff No. 11.36.0, which cancels F.E.R.C Tariff No.

11.35.0 (Docket No. IS26-54-000); and F.E.R.C Tariff No. 12.23.0, which cancels F.E.R.C Tariff No.

12.22.0 (Docket No. IS25-353-000), all to be effective July 1, 2026. This filing is made to index the existing rates in compliance with 18 C.F.R § 342.3, Indexing, and includes a schedule indicating the ceiling levels for the period July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, the current tariff rates, the new ceiling levels for the period July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, and the proposed new tariff rates effective July 1, 2026.

The proposed new rates are less than or equal to the corresponding new ceiling levels. Pursuant to 18 C.F.R § 342.3, the tariffs reflect an increase to the rates in F.E.R.C Tariff No. 9.38.0, Item No.

115; F.E.R.C Tariff No. 10.42.0, Item Nos. 101 and 115; F.E.R.C Tariff No.

11.36.0, Item No. 110; and F.E.R.C Tariff No. 12.23.0, Item No.

110, while all other rates in the tariffs remain unchanged. The title pages of F.E.R.C Tariff Nos. 9.38.0, 10.42.0, and 11.36.0 have been updated to reflect the applicable C.F.R provision.

The new ceiling levels for F.E.R.C Tariff No. 13 and F.E.R.C Tariff No. 16 are stated in the attached schedule, and since the rates in these tariffs are below the ceiling level, they remain unchanged and are not included in this filing.

Pursuant to section 341.2(c)(1) of the Commission?s regulations, ONEOK NGL has not identified any waivers needed to permit its filing to become effective as proposed, but requests that the Commission grant any waivers necessary for the revised tariff records to be made effective as proposed. ONEOK NGL certifies that it has served a copy of the referenced tariffs to each subscriber by electronic means in accordance with 18 C.F.R § 341.2. Pursuant to 18 C.F.R § 343.3 of the Commission?s Rules and Regulations, any protest to these tariffs must be submitted as specified in the filing.
