The two groups intend to combine Orange Business' expertise in networks, cloud, and cybersecurity with Tech Mahindra's integration and deployment capabilities in order to speed up the market launch of next-generation solutions. The plan also includes the outsourcing, for the benefit of Tech Mahindra, of part of the international customer support as well as certain activities outside France, including quoting, ordering, billing, and after-sales services.

Through this alliance, Orange Business aims to strengthen the competitiveness of its international operations and gain access to new markets, while Tech Mahindra is expected to benefit from economies of scale and the support of the French group's infrastructures and platforms to develop higher value-added services.
