Mr. Johnson is a highly experienced company director and executive with extensive expertise in finance, audit, risk management, strategy development and execution, and human resource management. He has experience across various sectors, including engineering and construction, resources, industrial products, property, technology, retail and consumer goods as well as financial and professional services.
Mr. Johnson is a Non-Executive Director of SGH Limited, Goodman Group, Aurecon Limited, Metcash Limited and Sydney Airport Limited. He is a Councillor at UNSW Sydney and the former Chairman of the Hospitals Contribution Fund of Australia. Mr. Johnson is a trained accountant and spent 30 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he was CEO from 2008 to 2012 as well as holding positions as Asian Deputy-Chairman and as a member of PwC?s global strategy council.
He was Chairman and a director of G8 Education Limited and was formerly an independent director of Coca Cola Amatil Limited, Westfield Corporation Limited and Boral Limited. Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Commerce (UNSW) degree and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, Certified Practicing Accountant Australia and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
