The composition of the Audit and Risk Management Committee is as follows: Ms. El Regina Binti Tajudin (Chairperson, Independent Non-Executive Director), Datuk Christopher Wan Soo Kee (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director), Datin Gan Kok Ling (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director).
