Oriental Shiraishi Corporation has announced a change in its Representative Director, effective April 1, 2026. The change is part of the company's strategy to enhance and strengthen its management structure in line with a new medium-term management plan aimed at increasing the corporate value of the Group and realizing the long-term vision "Oriental Shiraishi Group 2030 Future Vision." Tatsuya Ohno, the current Representative Director and President, will step down and become a Director. Mitsuru Terui, currently the Director and Managing Executive Officer, will assume the role of Representative Director and President.
Mr. Terui has a long career in the construction industry, having joined Mitsui Construction Co. Ltd. in 1987 and held various leadership positions within Oriental Shiraishi Corporation and its affiliates.
