The Company is organized into two business segments fuel marketing segment engaged in the sale of fuel; and other related services segment which represents the other related services arising from fuel stations. The Company’s principal activities include the acquisition, establishment, lease, operation and maintenance of petrol stations and their customer services centers, to provide all automotive services, including changing of oil, car wash, maintenance workshop services and technical check-ups.
