OUTFRONT Media Inc. is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company provides advertising space (displays) on out-of-home advertising structures and sites in the United States (the U.S.). The Companyâs inventory consists of billboard displays, which are primarily located on the most heavily traveled highways and roadways in top Nielsen Designated Market Areas (DMAs), and transit advertising displays operated under exclusive multi-year contracts with municipalities in large cities across the U.S. The Company's portfolio provides its customers with a range of options, from national, brand-building campaigns to hyper-local campaigns. Its segments include U.S. Billboard and Transit, which is included in its U.S. Media reportable segment, and International. In addition to leasing displays, it provides other value-added services to its customers, such as pre-campaign category research, consumer insights, print production, creative services and post-campaign tracking and analytics.
