A French AI startup specializing in transcription and audio intelligence, Gladia provides real-time transcription for conversations in over 100 languages, converting audio data into structured, actionable insights. The company currently supports more than 300,000 developers and 2,000 corporate clients, including HeyGen, Livestorm, Attention, Circleback, Method Financial, Recall.ai, and Leexi.

This transaction aims to bolster OVH Groupe's expertise in multimodal and agentic generative AI. By internalizing the STT technological building blocks developed by Gladia, OVHcloud and OVHai will offer new voice AI services to their customers.

"With the announced acquisition of Gladia, following that of Dragon LLM, OVH continues to strengthen its AI strategy by internalizing differentiating technological elements," noted TP ICAP, which nevertheless maintains its "sell" rating and price target of €7 on the stock.

"We are raising our forecasts, as recent price increases reinforce the credibility of accelerating growth, while the 2026-27 fiscal year should primarily reflect a reallocation of investments rather than an increase in overall capex," the analyst added.
