(Alliance News) - OVS Spa announced on Monday that it has purchased 33,610 of its own shares at an average unit price of EUR4.5902 each, for a total consideration of EUR154,275.43.

Following the buyback operations, which took place between January 19 and 23, the company now holds 11.4 million shares, representing 4.5% of its share capital.

OVS shares are up 1.6% at EUR4.84 each.
