PagSeguro Digital Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Gustavo Bahia Gama Sechin to serve as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Sechin has been with the Company since August 2024, acting as Investor Relations Director. Artur Schunck, currently PagSeguro?s Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and Investor Relations Officer, will step down from their respective executive positions.

These senior management changes will be effective as of January 1, 2026.
