Peter Warren Automotive Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Anna Bail to the position of Chief Financial Officer, effective March 1, 2026. Anna is an accomplished Finance Director with 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, including 10 years with Inchcape Plc in Australia. She has a proven track record of overseeing finance teams, leading M&A transactions and providing commercial value-add.
Anna began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is both a chartered accountant and a graduate of the AICD. This appointment follows the Company?s announcement on October 8, 2025 advising the retirement of the current Chief Financial Officer, Victor Cuthell, who will act as an advisor post-retirement. Ms Bail will commence her employment on February 2, 2026 and work closely with Mr. Cuthell on a smooth transition into the role.
