PI Industries Limited has appointed Ms. Kamali Rajesh as the Global Chief People Officer (?Global CPO?) and has been designated as part of the Senior Management Personnel of the Company, with effect from January 19, 2026. Ms. Kamali Rajesh, age 52 years, is a global Human Resources leader with over 25 years of experience across Asia, Europe, the US, and Africa, partnering with senior business leaders to drive transformation, performance, and growth. Her career spans strategic HR leadership roles across engineering, automotive, agritech, IT, and business services?delivering high impact people strategies in complex, multi-business, and multicultural environments.
Most recently, she served as Global Head of People & Organisation Development at Syngenta Group, a global agriscience leader. Her work contributed to meaningful improvements in engagement, inclusion, leadership effectiveness, and organizational agility at enterprise scale. Earlier in her career, Ms. Kamali Rajesh held senior HR leadership roles at Ford Motor Company, where she led HR across Asia Pacific and Africa.
Across her career, she has been deeply involved in building leadership capability, shaping organization design, driving performance cultures, and enabling business-led transformation in complex, global environments. Having lived and worked in seven countries?India, China, Thailand, Singapore, Switzerland, New Zealand, and the UAE Ms. Kamali Rajesh brings a global perspective, adaptability, and deep insight into how culture and leadership shape business performance. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Social Work from Madras University.
