The Company owns and develops commercial properties of just over 800,000 square meters in the Gothenburg area. Its activity is divided into two business areas and based on property types - office business area and industry/logistics business area. The business areas have overall responsibility for the real estate business, which includes managing land, buildings and tenants as well as letting and development of each property and area. The Company operates in two markets: the premises rental market where property owners and tenants agree on rental levels and the property market where different property owners buy and sell properties.
