On February 22, 2026, Playboy, Inc. (the ?Company?) appointed David Miller as President, Playboy, Media & Brand, effective as of February 23, 2026 (the ?Effective Date?). In such role, Mr. Miller shall serve as an executive officer of the Company. From 2018 to 2025, Mr. Miller, age 49, served as Executive Vice President & General Manager of National Geographic Media, a division of National Geographic Partners, LLC, majority-owned by The Walt Disney Company, a global producer and provider of entertainment and media.
In that role, he held full profit and loss responsibility for National Geographic?s global media businesses. From 2016 to 2018, Mr. Miller served as Senior Vice President, Ad Product & Strategy at AOL Inc., then a subsidiary of Verizon Communications Inc., a global provider of technology, communications, and entertainment services. Mr. Miller received his bachelor of arts degree in American government from Georgetown University and his masters degree in business administration from The George Washington University School of Business.
