Following the previous notice dated July 23, 2025, "Podravka's Zito sells confectionery business and strengthens focus on bakery", the company PODRAVKA Inc. Ante Starcevic Str. No 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 hereby notifies that on December 1", 2025, the company UPI STAR SEE d.o.o., Ljubljana paid the purchase price to the company ZITO d.o.o., Ljubljana for the purchase of 100% of the share in the company Sumi Gorenjka d.o.o., which fulfilled all the conditions of the purchase agreement, and the transaction was closed.
