Poly Property Services Co., Ltd. announced that subsequent to the end of the reporting period, the Directors proposed a final dividend of RMB 1.401 (tax inclusive) per share for the Year Ended 31 December 2025, amounting to a total of RMB 775,220,093 (tax inclusive) (2024: final dividend of RMB 1.332 per share, amounting to a total of RMB 737,040,089 (tax inclusive)). The dividend distribution plan shall be subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the annual general meeting to be held on 29 May 2026. Ex-dividend date is 02 June 2026.
