PPHE Hotel Group announced the appointment of Shore Capital as joint corporate broker, with immediate effect. Shore Capital will be working alongside existing corporate broker J.P. Morgan Cazenove and will be replacing Jefferies International Limited.

PPHE Hotel Group also holds a controlling ownership interest in Arena Hospitality Group.
