Prosus N.V. announced that It is with great sadness that the passing of Steve Pacak, an independent non-executive director and chair of audit and risk committees. Steve began his career with Naspers at M-Net in 1988 and has held various executive positions within the group. He became an executive director of Naspers in 1998, serving as the group's financial director until his retirement from that position in 2014.
He remained on the board as a non-executive director of Naspers, and an independent non-executive director of Prosus since August 2019, continuing to lend his experience to the boards and its committees.
