PSG Corporation Public Company Limited announced that Pol. Gen. Chaiwat Getvorachai, the Company's independent director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, has submitted a letter of resignation from the position of independent director and Chairman of the Audit Committee due to personal reasons.
The Company received the resignation letter on January 27, 2026 and the resignation will be effective from February 11, 2026 onwards. The Company will propose to the Nomination and Remuneration Committee to proceed with the selection of a qualified person and seek approval from the Board of Directors for the appointment of an independent director and Chairman of the Audit Committee to fill the vacant positions, and will inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand accordingly.
