PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (Chandra Asri Group) [IDX: TPIA] announced its unaudited consolidated financial statements for the period 9M2025. The Company's Group Chief Financial Officer and Director, Andre Khor, commented: "We are pleased to report an outstanding nine-month performance, marking a defining chapter in Chandra Asri Group's transformation into a regional leader in energy, chemicals, and infrastructure. Supported by robust operations and disciplined execution, we achieved a record net income of US$1.7 billion, underscoring our financial resilience and strategic agility. Reflecting this solid momentum, the Group has declared an interim dividend of US$20 million, reaffirming our commitment to creating sustainable value for shareholders as we continue our journey to build Southeast Asia's leading integrated energy, chemicals, and infrastructure platform.
Throughout the period, Chandra Asri Group continued to advance its three core pillars - energy, chemicals, and infrastructure - with sustainability deeply embedded at the heart of in its long-term growth strategy.
In energy, the Group expanded its regional footprint through the signing of sales purchase agreement for the acquisition of ExxonMobil's Esso-branded retail service stations in Singapore through a special purpose vehicle under its wholly owned subsidiary. This strategic acquisition reinforces the Group's vision to build an integrated energy infrastructure across Southeast Asia, following its earlier expansion through Aster Chemicals & Energy Pte. Ltd. (Aster).
In chemicals, construction of the Chlor-Alkali and Ethylene Dichloride (CA-EDC) Plant in Cilegon has reached 33% completion. Once operational, it will boost Indonesia's chemical self-sufficiency, reduce reliance on imports, and generate up to IDR 10 trillion in annual savings, highlighting Chandra Asri Group's role in strengthening downstream industries. The completion of the acquisition of Chevron Phillips Singapore Chemicals was successfully and seamlessly executed, and has begun to be immediately value accretive.
In infrastructure, Chandra Asri Group strengthened its integrated infrastructure solutions portfolio through its subsidiary, PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk (CDI). Building on its successful IPO, CDI has further advanced its logistics and renewable energy portfolio by adding two new chemical vessels and 20 new trucks, by increasing ownership in PT Chandra Shipping International and PT Marina Indah Maritim- while also expanding its solar power portfolio to 11 MWp, solidifying its leadership in integrated infrastructure solutions.
On the Sustainability front, Chandra Asri Group received the 2025 Green Industry Award from Indonesia's Ministry of Industry, honouring a 14.2% reduction in carbon emissions since 2018 and reaffirming Company's leadership in sustainable industrial transformation. Separately, Aster secured an oversubscribed US$1 billion Sustainability-Linked Loan tied to measurable Green House Gas reduction targets, and partnered with Aether Fuels to advance sustainable fuel technologies."

9M 2025 FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS:Total Assets nearly doubled to almost US$11 billion, underscoring a stronger balance sheet and expanded operating scale.
Net Revenues climbed to US$5.1 billion, more than 3 times from last year, driven by contributions from the newly added refinery segment and higher chemical sales.
