PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (Chandra Asri Group) [IDX: TPIA] announced its unaudited consolidated financial statements for the period 9M2025. The Company's Group Chief Financial Officer and Director, Andre Khor, commented: "We are pleased to report an outstanding nine-month performance, marking a defining chapter in Chandra Asri Group's transformation into a regional leader in energy, chemicals, and infrastructure. Supported by robust operations and disciplined execution, we achieved a record net income of US$1.7 billion, underscoring our financial resilience and strategic agility. Reflecting this solid momentum, the Group has declared an interim dividend of US$20 million, reaffirming our commitment to creating sustainable value for shareholders as we continue our journey to build Southeast Asia's leading integrated energy, chemicals, and infrastructure platform.

Throughout the period, Chandra Asri Group continued to advance its three core pillars - energy, chemicals, and infrastructure - with sustainability deeply embedded at the heart of in its long-term growth strategy.

In energy, the Group expanded its regional footprint through the signing of sales purchase agreement for the acquisition of ExxonMobil's Esso-branded retail service stations in Singapore through a special purpose vehicle under its wholly owned subsidiary. This strategic acquisition reinforces the Group's vision to build an integrated energy infrastructure across Southeast Asia, following its earlier expansion through Aster Chemicals & Energy Pte. Ltd. (Aster).

In chemicals, construction of the Chlor-Alkali and Ethylene Dichloride (CA-EDC) Plant in Cilegon has reached 33% completion. Once operational, it will boost Indonesia's chemical self-sufficiency, reduce reliance on imports, and generate up to IDR 10 trillion in annual savings, highlighting Chandra Asri Group's role in strengthening downstream industries. The completion of the acquisition of Chevron Phillips Singapore Chemicals was successfully and seamlessly executed, and has begun to be immediately value accretive.

In infrastructure, Chandra Asri Group strengthened its integrated infrastructure solutions portfolio through its subsidiary, PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk (CDI). Building on its successful IPO, CDI has further advanced its logistics and renewable energy portfolio by adding two new chemical vessels and 20 new trucks, by increasing ownership in PT Chandra Shipping International and PT Marina Indah Maritim- while also expanding its solar power portfolio to 11 MWp, solidifying its leadership in integrated infrastructure solutions.

On the Sustainability front, Chandra Asri Group received the 2025 Green Industry Award from Indonesia's Ministry of Industry, honouring a 14.2% reduction in carbon emissions since 2018 and reaffirming Company's leadership in sustainable industrial transformation. Separately, Aster secured an oversubscribed US$1 billion Sustainability-Linked Loan tied to measurable Green House Gas reduction targets, and partnered with Aether Fuels to advance sustainable fuel technologies."

	Waste Sorting Actions at Global Village Supported by Indonesia Asri Campaign The Indonesia Asri Campaign, initiative by Chandra Asri Group to collectively create a greener Indonesia, showed its support for the Global Village event through education and hands-on waste sorting activity for participants. 	RDF Cofiring: Energy Transitions and Waste Management Efforts by Chandra Asri Group Chandra Asri Group is strengthening the use of new renewable energy by converting waste into energy sources through RDF (Refuse-Derived Fuel) Cofiring. The RDF Cofiring has been implemented in the coal boiler of Chandra Asri Group's site office in Puloampel. RDF is used as an alternative fuel, accounting for 5% of the total energy needs of the boiler, with a utilisation volume reaching 60.33 tons of waste
	Mangrove Conservation: A Sustainable Solution for Coastal Protection by Chandra Asri Group and Serang Regency Government Continuing the mangrove conservation program with the Government of Serang Regency. On 8 August 2025, Chandra Asri Group presented the progress of implementation and long-term plans for mangrove planting, which has been underway since the first quarter of 2025. The mangrove conservation program is an effort to protect the coastline initiated by the Government of Serang Regency, while also promoting empowerment of surrounding communities through planting activities.

	Latsarmil Komcad 2025: Over 180 Students Step Up for National Defense and Industry Readiness Chandra Asri Group, together with the Ministry of Defense and TNI, officially launched the Reserve Component of Basic Military Training program (Latsarmil Komcad) on Tuesday, 19 August 2025, at the Cavalry Education Center, Padalarang, West Java. This program marks the first collaborative initiative between the private sector and TNI in strengthening national defense by shaping a disciplined and resilient younger generation.
	Empowering MSMEs and People with Disabilities, Chandra Asri Group Signs Partnership at the MSMEs Enhancement Forum Chandra Asri Group officially signed a Partnership Agreement with Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) during the MSME Enhancement Competency Forum organised by the Ministry of Investment and Downstream (BKPM) on Thursday, 21 August 2025. 	Aksi Asri Kreasi 2025: A Sustainability Action to Promote Waste Bank Utilisation Chandra Asri Group, through its Indonesia Asri campaign, has once again launched Aksi Asri Kreasi 2025 to strengthen education on sustainable waste management. This year, the program is carried out in collaboration with Bank Sampah Teman Pilah in Bukit Duri, South Jakarta, by providing facilities such as collection units, sorting containers, inorganic waste bins, and planter bags for urban farming. The program also features eco-enzyme workshops, awareness sessions, and benchmarking visits to Bank Sampah Budi Luhur. 	Chandra Asri Group Wins EPSA 2025 for Implementing Environmentally Friendly Technologies Chandra Asri Group received a national-level awards at the Eco-tech Pioneer and Sustainability Award (EPSA) 2025, organised by Diponegoro University. EPSA is a national award program that recognises companies for their innovative environmentally friendly technologies in support of sustainability practices. 	Toward Chemical Industry Self-Sufficiency: CA-EDC Plant Construction Progress Reaches 33% The construction progress of Chandra Asri Group's Chlor Alkali dan Ethylene Dichloride (CA-EDC) Plant in Cilegon, has reached 33%. This progress includes initial development such as land leveling, land compaction, and preparation for jetty construction that will support product distribution, both for the domestic and Southeast Asia market. This CA-EDC Plant will be managed by PT Chandra Asri Alkali (CAA), a subsidiary of Chandra Asri Group.
	Promoting Sustainable Business Practices, Chandra Asri Group Wins Katadata ESG Awards 2025 Chandra Asri Group won an award at the Katadata ESG Awards 2025 in the chemical sector category, underscoring the company's commitment to advancing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance.
