    Chandra Asri Group's Chlor Alkali and Ethylene Dichloride (CA-EDC) Plant in Cilegon has reached 33% construction progress, reflecting steady advancement toward operational readiness.



    The project strengthens the Group's integrated chemical portfolio, supporting key downstream industries and reducing import reliance. Once completed, it will enhance supply security for domestic manufacturing and contribute to Indonesia's long-term industrial growth and competitiveness.

    PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk (CDI) adds two 9,000 DWT vessels under construction in Japan, enhancing logistics efficiency and regional connectivity.

CDI expands its land logistics operations with the addition of 20 trucks, enhancing its capability to handle general cargo and improve service reliability across Indonesia.

CDI increased shareholding of CSI and MIM through an IDR 2.7 trillion worth transaction, CDI now holds 99.99% ownership in both companies, strengthening integration and control across its shipping operations.

CDI adds 4.7 MWp in Cilegon, increasing total solar capacity to 11 MWp and reducing carbon emissions by almost 10,000 tons annually-equal to over 469,000 trees.
