Purestone Capital Llp and BPS (London) Limited has exchanged contracts to acquire 80-85 Tottenham Court Road W1 from Derwent London Plc (LSE:DLN) for £32.6 million on February 6, 2026. A cash consideration of £32.6 million will be paid by Purestone Capital Llp and BPS (London) Limited. The sale is at a premium to June 2025 book value and is scheduled to complete in June 2026. The acquisition is the first for the newly formed value-add platform headed up by Rishi Khurana and Mahir Vachani.
