On January 22, 2026, Quipt Home Medical Corp. announced that the applicable waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended (HSR Act) expired with respect to the transactions contemplated by the Arrangement Agreement. The Company added that expiration of the waiting period under the HSR Act satisfies one of the conditions for the closing of the Arrangement Agreement, which remains subject to other customary closing conditions, including receipt of approval of the Company?s shareholders.
