Raffles Medical Group Ltd. announced the appointment of Dr Lu Liangjian David as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee with effect from April 25, 2026. Dr Lu is a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of the Company. Raffles Medical Group Ltd. announced the retirement of Mr. Tan Soo Nan as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of the Company and Mr. Lim Sim Seng as a Non-Executive and Independent Director of the Company after the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on April 24, 2026 .
Mr. Tan served as a Director of the Company since July 28, 2000, and as Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee from July 28, 2000 to February 23, 2014. Mr. Lim served as a Non-Executive and Independent Director of the Company since August 1, 2023, and as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee since April 23, 2024.
