Gustaf Salford has, on May 7, purchased 80,000 shares in investment company Ratos, where he serves as CEO. The shares were acquired at a price of 33.21 kronor per share, bringing the total transaction value to just under 2.7 million kronor.

The transaction was disclosed in the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's (Finansinspektionen) insider register.

According to Holdings, Salford held 140,000 shares as of February 16.
