Investment company Ratos has divested 9 million shares in the construction firm Sentia, representing approximately 9 percent of the share capital and voting rights. The shares were sold to institutional investors at a price of NOK 72.40 per share on the Euronext Oslo Børs.

Gross proceeds from the transaction amount to approximately NOK 652 million. Following the sale, Ratos holds approximately 30.8 percent of the shares and voting rights in Sentia.

Ratos remains a leading shareholder and has entered into a 360-day lock-up agreement for its remaining holding. Sentia was listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange last summer.
