The Haldor Foundation has surpassed the 5 percent disclosure threshold in the private equity firm EQT.

The holding amounts to 62,282,003 shares, representing approximately 5.04 percent of the voting rights, held indirectly through the company Winder. Shareholders are required to issue a disclosure notification when their ownership crosses above or below the 5 percent mark.

The Haldor Foundation is a Liechtenstein-based foundation controlled by siblings Kirsten, Finn, and Jörn Rausing, heirs to the Tetra Laval fortune.
