RBL Bank Limited announced that Mr. Suyog Sanjay Karmarkar has joined the Bank effective November 6, 2025 and has been appointed as Head ? Strategic Initiatives and Transformation. He will be classified as part of the Senior Management of the Bank with effect from November 6, 2025.
Mr. Suyog Karmarkar is an industry veteran with over two decades of experience in strategy, M&A, and turnaround management, bringing deep expertise in financial services, consulting, and cross-border operations. Prior to joining RBL Bank, he worked with Prudential Financial (US) and previously served as a Partner in EY?s Strategy and Transactions practice, advising corporates, banks, and investors on turnaround and special situations. He holds an MBA from Purdue University, USA, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering (Mumbai University).
