(Alliance News) – Recordati Spa announced on Monday that it acquired 74,165 of its own ordinary shares between January 2 and January 9.

The shares were purchased at an average unit price of €48.4534, for a total consideration of €3.6 million.

Following these purchases, the company now holds a total of 4.8 million own shares, representing approximately 2.3% of its share capital.

Recordati shares closed up 0.4% at €49.78 per share.
